10 seated side med ball throws
30 second plank
Weight/tech:
Squat cleans 75%x5, 85%x3, 95%x1
Workout:
Grace
30 ground to overhead (clean and jerk) 135lbs
for time. (should be anywhere from 3-8 minutes, so adjust the weight as needed)
