Warm-up:

3 rounds of 10 pistol squats

10 seated side med ball throws

30 second plank

Weight/tech:

Squat cleans 75%x5, 85%x3, 95%x1

Workout:

Grace

30 ground to overhead (clean and jerk) 135lbs

for time.  (should be anywhere from 3-8 minutes, so adjust the weight as needed)

An hour and a half’s worth of blueberry pickings!  While I was picking these last evening a little deer came out to see me from the edge of my yard (there’s a little woodsy bit).  Well, it came out and darted right back in…close enough!
